Introduction to Skydancing Tantra

Ever wondered about Tantra? Interested in improving your communications skills? In learning to build further intimacy and trust? Especially around the intersection of sexuality and spirituality? Curious about creating sacred space? Or about developing your connection with a partner?

In this full day workshop you will be introduced to Tantra in general and to Skydancing Tantra in specific by Liz and Chris. Both Liz and Chris are Skydancing Tantra facilitators in training and students of internationally acclaimed Tantra expert and author Margot Anand. Tantra is an experiential discipline and this class is a start in that direction. You will have the opportunity to explore for yourself some of the exercises of Skydancing Tantra in a private, supportive, encouraging, nonjudgmental environment.

This workshop is open to singles and couples of any gender.
